NayaMed app for iPhone and iPad

The NayaMed Cardiac Monitoring application is a tool used by a patient with a NayaMed pacemaker or defibrillator to remotely check their device status. It allows patients to wirelessly connect to the NayaMed Patient Reader, and to display their device status based on events determined by their implanted pacemaker or defibrillator.

When the application determines that the implanted device needs to be checked by their physician, a message is displayed to the patient and sent to the physician. The application syncs up via Internet the physician and patient contact information to assure that both parties can easily get connected if a device check is needed.

The NayaMed Cardiac Monitoring application does not replace scheduled patient follow-ups with their physician. The patient application is intended to augment the patient and physician relationship to assure each party is informed about the condition of the implanted device.
